BOOKING
For reservations made more than 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday a deposit of 1/3 of the total holiday costs should be made. In the case of less than 8 weeks before holiday start date then full payment is due on booking.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation charge 8 weeks or more before start of holiday = deposit, from 2-4 weeks before 50% and less than 2 weeks 90%. However we would always make every effort to re-let in the event of a cancellation.

CONDITION OF ACCOMMODATION
The hirer is responsible for leaving the accommodation in good order and clean condition on their departure. The hirer further undertakes to pay for any damage or losses incurred during occupation or any extra cleaning costs incurred. The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed the maximum number stated in the property description.
