Ludlow has many attractions apart from the Michelin Starred restaurants. For the adventurous there is river rafting (clubs) cycling and more. For others there are short walks across Whitcliffe Common (on the doorstep) and fishing. Long or short walks in Mortimer Forest with beautiful views of the Shropshire countryside just 5 minutes drive away. Sightseeing in and around Ludlow includes castles, churches, stately homes, to name just a few. Shopping is a delight in some of the best 'specialist' shops around having a meal at some of the lesser known restaurants or pubs with their own excellent menus.
